Hotel Haya Wedding - Taylor & Grant

Taylor & Grant’s Hotel Haya Wedding in Tampa, FL was absolutely gorgeous! From getting ready in the boutique hotel rooms to the perfect ceremony and reception in the Valencia Ballroom…The day was magical!

When we arrived to the hotel, we found Taylor and her ladies getting ready in the spacious hotel suite. It was the perfect size for the bridal party and had so many nice accommodations for a large group! After photographing all her bridal details, Taylor and her ladies headed out to the balcony to pop some champagne. I believe this is a must-do for every bride on the morning of their wedding! Once Taylor was dressed and ready, we headed downstairs for her and Grant to share their “first touch”.

While there are so many pretty locations in and around Hotel Haya, we decided on the quiet side street for their “first touch”. The white wall made the perfect backdrop and it gave Taylor and Grant a private area for a special moment together.

Hotel Haya Ceremony & Reception

Their ceremony was held in Hotel Haya’s Valencia Ballroom, where the altar was right in front of the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows. Watching Grant’s eyes fill with tears as Taylor walked down the aisle was so touching. I always get a little emotional myself! Once the ceremony was finished, the cocktail area began and the ceremony quickly flipped to the reception area. It always amazes me how fast the staff can flip the rooms to accommodate a completely different vibe!

Before the reception began, we headed outside for all the portraits. The streets outside Hotel Haya were just what Taylor and Grant wanted. They loved the downtown vibe, mixed with the upscale hotel. We had so much fun playing in the streets and getting some gorgeous photos of the two of them!

Their Hotel Haya Wedding reception was an absolute BLAST! Taylor and Grant even entered the reception with NERF guns! After hearing some of the best speeches and witnessing their beautiful first dance, everyone danced the night away until their sparkler exit. Their Hotel Haya Wedding was so much fun and I cannot wait to return!
