What an absolutely stunning Iridescent Wedding at Haus 820 this was! This styled shoot had so many kind and talented vendors, models, and photographers who came together to make this shoot come to life! When I first saw the mood board for this styled shoot I knew I wanted to be a part of it! It screamed unique, fun, spontaneous, and just all-around exciting. I loved all the bright colors with an elegant twist.
Rollerskates and Disco Balls
The first models I worked with were Summer and Tyler in front of the balloon arch and iridescent background. Summer was wearing the prettiest knee-length wedding cocktail dress along with gorgeous rose gold roller skates. Tyler on the other hand was wearing a light blue suit that matched the decor perfectly. You could never tell by looking at the photos, but Summer and Tyler had never met before! They were not a couple and had only just met that day! They posed and played together so well for this shoot! One of my favorite things about this setup was the roller skates. What a fun thing to incorporate, especially since rollerskating is coming back into style!
Sequined Dress and Sipping Champagne
Ashton and Andrew were the second set of amazing models and were a real couple! Since they were a real couple, it made posing a little easier since they were willing to kiss and be in more intimate poses. Ashton wore the most gorgeous, iridescent sequined dress that had a tasteful slit up to her thigh. Andrew, her “groom” was sporting a snazzy grey suit and sparkly bowtie. This couple was the best to work with since they were so open to trying anything new and very comfortable with each other. I posed them in front of the ceremony area and champagne cart!
Sweet Treats & The Color Wall
The third and last couple I worked with was Rachel and Costa, who were another real-life couple who were fantastic to meet and work with. Modeling for styled shoots wasn’t new to them which made them a dream to photograph! Their main areas were the reception area, cocktail table, and dessert table! They even got to cut the cake and eat it in the end!
The last part of the Iridescent Wedding at Haus 820 was to head outside and photograph all the couples in front of the color wall! The Haus 820 wedding venue features multiple beautiful locations around the property, but the most popular is the color wall! On the side of the building are gigantic bright color stripes! We even brought the couch out at the very end.
This Iridescent Wedding at Haus 820 was absolutely stunning and I’m so happy I got to meet some incredible vendors, models, and other photographers! I hope you enjoy all these fun photos!
