I’m not going to lie, when Abby texted me saying she wanted to use the Carmel “Christkindlmarkt” for their winter engagement session I thought it was an autocorrect error. Little did I know that the Christkindlmarkt is actually a thing in Carmel, IN! It’s a German Christmas-inspired market dating back to the middle ages that features delicious food, crafts and gifts. Abby & Ben have THE BEST and most fun personalities. Right from the beginning I had to give Abby props for wearing a skirt and heels for photos in the snow! The girl is a trooper and she had the happiest smile on her face the entire time! Ben is a mirror image of Abby in the same aspect of always having a smile on his face and having an optimistic outlook.
As we headed to the Palladium for some photos, these two start skipping and laughing and we even got some hilarious bloopers I hope they don’t mind me sharing. 😉 The rest of their session was nothing but laughter and being silly. I LOVED it! I always tell em couples, the more you laugh and have fun, the better the session!
Abby & Ben, your winter engagement session was so much fun and I can’t wait for your wedding next year! I’m so excited to get to capture this new chapter of your lives together!
