Taylor never fails to surprise me! Whenever she contacts me she always catches me off guard with exciting or crazy news! The first big surprise was the very early birth of baby Hartley at 23 weeks! (You can see Hartley’s newborn lifestyle session here). Next, was the surprise that they were expecting a 2nd little one! Now the third, when she texted me a photo of baby Maverick at one-month-old! He was born a little early so I was surprised to see him earthside so soon! However, I’m always so excited and honored they choose me over and over again to capture their life. This time for another newborn lifestyle session!
Maverick’s nursery was mountain themed with buffalo plaid and mountain prints! Spencer actually painted the walls himself! Impressive, right!? My favorite piece though was the custom made sign hanging above his crib. The Polymath Mom was who created it! Check them out!
Hartley was as smiley as ever and I loved seeing how much she had grown in the last year! She also had a blast showing off her indoor swing from Sweet Swinging. How neat is that!? The dogs had to be in the photos as well because they are a part of the family too! So Spencer let them up from the basement and they ran around like crazy for a few minutes but then settled down enough for treats. (Treats are KEY! Haha)
Lastly, we had to take photos outdoors in front of their gorgeous home. It reminded me so much of when I first met them and we took engagement photos out front of their house too! My how time has flown!
