A beautiful senior + wildflowers + golden light = the prettiest Wildflower Senior Session! I first met Mallori last Summer when I photographed her entire family at France Park! You can see that session here. They were the funniest bunch and we had a blast at their session. Seriously, go check out their family session! Mallori is now a Senior and her mom knew just who to get ahold of for her to capture her fun personality.

Amber, Mallori’s mom, came to me with some fun ideas to show off her love for the arts, reading and her carefree spirit. She loves reading so we incorporated some of her favorite (and well-loved) books from all throughout her childhood and up until now. She also loves fairytale and folklore and bought a book specifically for the photo she had in mind. It had a gorgeous cover that looked magical, mystical and was perfect for the look we were going for!

At the end of her session we had some fun with some bright red carnations too! Another photo idea mom loved that she thought we could recreate. While I don’t mind recreating photos, I always remind my clients that the photos you see on Pinterest can’t always be replicated. When you hire a photographer, you hire them for their individual eye and trust them to create beautiful images. There’s nothing wrong with recreating Pinterest images, however, when you hire a photographer, only try to have 3-5 pinterest ideas.

Mallori, I had so much fun with you and your mother at your wildflower senior session. It was so fun seeing you both again! And because your mom and I share the same love for Disney, love of photography, and sentimental memories, I know she’s going to love these!
